ph365bond Terms and Conditions for Philippine Players

1. Introduction and Acceptance

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

To register on ph365bond, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years old. We take our age-verification obligation seriously and will request valid government-issued ID during the KYC (Know Your Customer) process.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or be a Filipino citizen using ph365bond.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or family member of ph365bond or any affiliated company.
• You must not already have an existing ph365bond account. Only one account per person, IP address, household, device, or payment method is allowed under these terms and conditions.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false details is a direct violation of these terms and conditions and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

ph365bond reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account that does not meet the above criteria, without prior notice and without any obligation to return funds derived from fraudulent activity.

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

As a regulated platform operating in the Philippines, ph365bond is required to verify the identity of all account holders. You may be asked to submit any of the following documents as part of our KYC process:

• Government-issued ID (UMID, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, passport, SSS/GSIS ID, or PRC ID)
• Proof of billing address (utility bill, bank statement, or credit card statement not older than three months)
• Selfie holding your valid ID
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of your GCash, Maya, or bank account name matching your registered name)

These terms and conditions require you to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal. Accounts that remain unverified for more than 30 days may be suspended. ph365bond may also request updated documents periodically in compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Minimum deposit is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal is ₱500. Withdrawal requests above ₱50,000 in a single transaction may require additional verification per our internal compliance procedures and these terms and conditions.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
